Project Team:
31 staff members (26 Community Health Agents and 5 Management Personnel) in Luabo.
Main Activities:
Monthly Meetings: Data discussion and planning at Health Units (US’s).
Weekly Review: Evaluation of completed activities.
Technical Support: Guidance for activists.
Home Visits: Monitoring and support.
Male Engagement: Dialogues to promote male participation.
Testing and Support: Voluntary testing, psychosocial support, and adherence to ARVs.
Health Fairs: Promotion and education on HIV and TB.
Reports: Preparation of monthly reports on progress and finances
