Objective: Manage the allocation of funds for the construction of climate-resilient houses and latrines in the Resettlement Zone of Mutua-Dondo.

Target Group: 40 families in the Mutua Resettlement Center, Dondo District, Sofala Province.
Main Activities:
Acquisition and Mobilization of Construction Materials: Purchase and transport necessary materials for building houses and latrines.
Verification of Material Authenticity: Ensure that acquired materials meet established quality standards.
Community Mobilization: Engage local community in construction, promoting active participation and creating local employment.
Impact:
Completion of 40 houses and 40 latrines.
Local income generation through hiring of masons and other community workers.
Improvement in living conditions for resettled families by providing safe housing and adequate sanitation infrastructure.

Management of Community Consultations through CPC in Health Units
Objective: Strengthen social accountability, enhance health service provider responsiveness, and assess user satisfaction with service quality in Sofala – Dondo and Nhamatanda.
Duration: 01/10/2021 – 2023
Funder: MISAU
Target Group: Health service providers and communities of Dondo & Nhamatanda.
Main Activities:
Presentation of CPC Activity Feedback: Report on past activities and results to Provincial Health Directorates and districts.
Community Training and Mobilization: Use the CPC tool to educate the community about their rights and available services, and collect feedback on service quality.
Formation of 15 Dialogue Groups: Create platforms for discussions between service providers and the community, clarify objectives, and prepare for CPC implementation.
Sample Selection of Health Units: Evaluate 15 health units in different areas, including health centers in Bloco Nove, Canhandula, Chinama Condo, among others.
Impact:
Improved health service delivery based on community feedback.
Identification and resolution of problems and challenges related to service quality.
Increased social accountability and responsiveness of service providers.
